Yoga movement is meant to be an energy technique to prepare you for a the more lengthly practice of meditation. A small amount of time is spent of creating just the right amount of energy to stay awake or settle you down and then move that energy to the brow for a long lotus pose.
This is still yoga...but the emphasis is put where it is meant to be in concentration of the energy at the brow to connect to your most high self, God, or Creator. Save the exercise for a different activity - most of our day is spent in the physical world. Instead, practice yoga to spend more time in spirit and balance and truly renew, be inspired and restore for all life's challenging events.
