I am passionate about continually growing into a better version of my mind, body, and spirit. Supporting others to do the same through massage, bodywork, reiki, yoga, breathwork and meditation is my life work and soul purpose.

My calling is to uplift each person I have the privilege of working with in the ways that uniquely support their individual needs and goals.



Each session with me is customized to your individual needs on that day as well as your long-term vision whether for: pain relief, increased mobility, relaxation, a calmer mind, a deeper connection with your highest self or something else.
